Harmon House - Hotel & Spa Brussels

We loved everything about this place. Its location was perfect for us, within walking distance of public transport, near shops and restaurants as well as being in a safe neighbourhood. The room amenities were top-notch, from the heating and air conditioning to the mini-bar and in-room safe. We especially appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival.

The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the city as it was very close to the tram station and right next to the tram into the city center. Easy access using public transport made it extremely convenient. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with a wealth of tips on the best places to visit in this city. The breakfast offered ample food and was delicious, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. the cleanliness and the hotel's proximity to the center of the city were the best aspects of my stay.

The beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms were really good. the staff were very helpful and friendly. the location was great, with plenty of restaurants nearby and within walking distance of the city center.

The air conditioning seemed to be only semi-functional and the windows were difficult to open and close. the breakfast could have been better, with some items being stale and the hot choices not being consistently refreshed.

I recently had a superb stay at a trendy hotel in the center of town. The staff at reception, especially Marion, Sebastiano, and Deenesh, provided excellent service and made me feel very welcome. They even went out of their way to accommodate my request for a quiet room due to my hypersensitivity to noise. The hotel's prime location near Louise avenue and the downtown area was very convenient for exploring the city. The modern rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and intelligent connected features for easy control of the ambiance. I also had the opportunity to enjoy the amazing spa facilities, including a hamam, sauna, swimming pool, and massage center. The hotel's design was stylish and the bar offered a cozy ambiance for a drink. it was a great value for money, and I would highly recommend this hotel for both business trips and holidays.

While the hotel had many positives, I must mention that the bar lacked atmosphere and a dedicated barkeeper, making it feel cold. Additionally, the elevator was quite slow, causing a minor inconvenience.

The breakfast had a great variety of high-end food options, and the bar drinks were excellent. The bed was the most comfortable we've ever slept in. The location was fabulous, with beautiful streets filled with shops, cafes, and restaurants.

The noise from the nearby construction site might be a disturbance for some guests.
